Therese Lane

OXFORD – Therese L. (Landroche) Lane, 89, of Old Worcester Road, died Thursday, June 16, 2016, at Webster Manor Nursing Home in Webster. She was predeceased by her husband of 27 years, William H. Lane. She is survived by five children, Judith T. Murphy of Millbury, Sheila K. Barry of Webster, Mary R. Lane of Taunton, Kathleen A. Bergan of Stuart, FL, and William J. Lane of Springfield; eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces. She was born in Spencer, daughter of the late Henry and Blanche (Mandeville) Landroche, and lived in Spencer before moving to Oxford in 1949. She graduated from David Prouty High School in Spencer.

Mrs. Lane was a teller at Guaranty Bank in Worcester, retiring in 1989. She was a member of St. Ann’s Church in North Oxford.

A funeral will be held on Monday, June 20, 2016, from Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Ann’s Church, 652 Main St., North Oxford. Burial will follow at North Cemetery in Oxford. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the March of Dimes, 1275 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains, NY 10605.
