WEBSTER - Tammy-Lee R. Paquin, 46, died suddenly on Monday, March 31, 2014, at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, with her family by her side. She is survived by four daughters, Alicia M. Pilling of Charlton, Heather K. Leite of Webster, Jillian R. Leite of Charlton, and Paige A. Leite of Charlton; a brother, Brandon G. Paquin of Leicester; two sisters, Nicole M. Gentile of Spencer and Stephanie M. Telemaque of Spencer; a grandson, Caden C. Stevens of Charlton; her grandmother, Rita Przestrzelski of Worcester; her stepmother, Elizabeth E. Paquin of Worcester; the father of her children, John F. Leite of Charlton; and several nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of the late Ernest Paquin and Diane (Przestrzelski) Roy, and was raised in Westboro and lived in Webster before moving to Worcester last year. Tammy worked at Temp-Flex Cable Inc. in Grafton for over 20 years. She enjoyed music, animals, and being outdoors. She will be remembered as someone who adored her children and loved to laugh. Calling hours are Friday, April 4, 2014, from 5-7 p.m. at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. at the conclusion of calling hours. Burial will be private at a later date at Notre Dame Cemetery in Worcester. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Baypath Humane Society, 5 Rafferty Rd., Hopkinton, MA 01748.
