Susan Faneuf

WEBSTER - Susan M. Faneuf, 55, of Hartley Street and formerly of Oxford, died peacefully on Tuesday, September 16, 2014, of complications from surgery. She is survived by her brother, Earl F. Faneuf Jr. and his partner Manuel Martinez of Las Vegas, NV; her sister, Debra A. Monahan of Oxford; three nieces and their husbands, Jesslyn and Andy Flynn, Michelle and Andy Schneider, and Amy and Randy Wells; a nephew, John Monahan IV; four great nieces; her dog Peanut, and her cat Cuddles. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of the late Earl F. and Mary C. (Walsh) Faneuf, Sr., and lived most of her life in Oxford before moving to Webster last year. She graduated from Oxford High School in Oxford and Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. Susan was a certified ServSafe instructor for many years. She was very involved with the Webster Cat Connection and volunteered many hours there. She loved cooking and was known for her "green thumb." Memorial calling hours are Friday, October 3, 2014, from 4-8 p.m. at Grace Episcopal Church, 270 Main St., Oxford. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2014, at Grace Episcopal Church. She will be laid to rest in a place of beauty with her family present. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the M.S.P.C.A., 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is assisting the family with arrangements.
