OXFORD – Steven J. Germain, 34, died unexpectedly on Monday, January 16, 2017, at UMass Memorial Medical Center – University Campus, after a short illness. He is survived by his son, Kaden M. Germain of Auburn; his fiancé Melissa Due of Dallas, TX; his father, Steven K. Germain of Phoenix, AZ; his sister, Danielle S. Page of Anna, TX; his brother, Mark A. Germain of Charlton; his paternal grandmother, Virginia Germain of Charlton; one nephew, several nieces, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was born in Phoenix, AZ, son of the late Deborah S. (Soly) Germain, and lived most of his life in Oxford before moving to Texas four years ago. He graduated from Oxford High School in 2000.
Steven had a passion for life. He enjoyed playing soccer and riding his motorcycle with his friends and family. Steve lived life for every minute and loved with no regret. Those of us that were fortunate enough to call him brother are truly at a loss for words. There are no words that can describe someone as unique a person that could smile and light up room, or merely walk in and everyone else would smile. You'll be missed more than you'll ever know.
