Stella Ray

NORTH OXFORD – Stella B. (Cyganiewicz) Ray, died Thursday, September 20, 2007. She was predeceased by her husband Bernard H. Ray Sr., who died in 1977. She is survived by three children, Bernard H. Ray Jr. and his wife Susan of Oxford, Barbara Ray and her lifetime companion Paul Lekberg of Sterling, and Helen Lalone and her lifetime companion Michael Bullock of Ware; a brother, Henry Cyganiewicz of Dudley; a granddaughter, Jennifer Mason and her husband Mark of Lehighton, PA; several godchildren, nephews, and nieces. She was a member of St. Ann's Church in North Oxford and was an active member of the Auburn Wellness Center. Mrs. Ray loved attending horse shows to watch her family. She was outgoing and loved by many people, especially for her sense of humor. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 22, 2007, at St. Roch's Cemetery, Federal Hill Rd., Oxford. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VNA Care Hospice, 120 Thomas St., Worcester, MA 01608. Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., is in care of the arrangements.
