Shirley Auger

DUDLEY - Shirley I. (Kaminski) Auger, 73, passed away on Thursday, July 24th, after a brief illness. She leaves her four children, Ronnie Auger of Woodstock, CT, Debbie Androwski of Oxford, Sharon Rohr of Dudley, and Donna Miller of Dayville, CT. She also leaves nine grandchildren and one great-grandson. She was born in Putnam, CT, the daughter of the late Bernice and Joseph Kaminski. She also leaves two brothers, David Kaminski and Robert Kaminski; and two sisters, Jeanette Lorkiewicz and Lorraine Kaminski. She was predeceased by her two brothers, Raymond Kaminski and Joseph Kaminski. She worked at Steven's Linen until her retirement in 2007. She enjoyed spending time with her family, yard sales, her animals, and working in her yard. There are no calling hours. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is assisting the family. . A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2014, from 12 - 4:00 p.m. at the Oxford American Legion, 277 Main Street, Oxford.
