Rose Stanley

WEBSTER - Rose Marie (White) Stanley, 75, of Golden Heights, died peacefully on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at Harrington Memorial Hospital in Southbridge. She was predeceased by her husband of 42 years, John Stanley. She is survived by two children, John Stanley Jr. of Dudley, and Janet Stanley and her husband Kevin of Dudley; three sisters, Beverly, Shirley, and Debbie; three brothers, James, Dennis, and Doug; 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by two sons, Scott Stanley who died in 2008, and Dennis Stanley who died in 1960. She was born in Auburn, daughter of the late Margaret White, and lived in Oxford before moving to Webster 13 years ago. Mrs. Stanley enjoyed playing bingo, going to the casino, and loved fish and chips every Friday. A funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 23, 2015, at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at Hope Cemetery in Worcester. Calling hours are Friday, May 22, 2015, from 3-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
