AUBURN / MENDON – Robert L. "Bo" Nolet, 53, of Asylum St., died in his home on Tuesday, January 8, 2008, surrounded by his family, after a long battle with rheumatoid arthritis. He is survived by his loving wife of 3 years and best friend, Cherylann (Finan) Nolet of Mendon; two children, Jessica J. Nolet of San Diego, CA, and Nathan R. Nolet and his fiancée Erin McDonald, and their daughter Hailey of Millbury; two step-children, Angela M. Gardner of Beverly and Brian J. Gardner of Bronx, NY; four sisters, Jean M. Wilbur and her husband Steven of North Grosvenordale, CT, Joan M. Gallant and her husband David of North Oxford, Debra V. Nolet of North Oxford, and Lisa A. Nolet of North Oxford; his very special niece Mariah J. Nolet of Mendon; very special sisters-in-law, Cindy Nolet of North Oxford and Linda Nolet of Dudley; his father and mother-in-law, Roger and Carol Finan of Bridgewater, VA; his good friend R.J. Devereaux of Boston; many nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces. He was predeceased by two brothers, David P. Nolet of North Oxford who died in 1995, and Joseph A. Nolet of Dudley who died in 1999; and a sister, Lorraine A. Loftus of Charlton who died in 2000. He was born in Webster, the son of the late Adelard J. and Jean A. (LaBossiere) Nolet, and lived in North Oxford before moving to Mendon 6 years ago. He graduated from Oxford High School in 1974. Mr. Nolet was a foreman at R.J. Devereaux Corporation in Boston for 25 years, retiring in 2006 due to illness. He loved hunting and fishing, and enjoyed his hunting trips to Wisconsin with his cousin, Ray. He enjoyed bowling, building stone walls and patios, and most of all enjoyed spending time with his family. A funeral will be held at 9 a.m. on Monday, January 14, 2008, from Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Ann's Church, 652 Main St., North Oxford. Burial will be private. Calling hours are Sunday, January 13, 2008, from 3-7 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Robert L.
