Richard Flynn

WORCESTER – Richard M. Flynn, 87, passed away on November 10, 2016, in Florida. Richard was born in Worcester, son of the late Michael and Mary (Reilly) Flynn. He worked many years in Worcester and Lowell in the automobile industry before retiring to Florida. Richard was immensely proud of his Irish heritage and always ready with a song.

He was predeceased by his wife, Joyce (Mikatiatus) Flynn; five brothers and three sisters. He leaves behind two sons, Dennis and his wife Charlene of Oxford, and Kevin and his wife Rosemary of Charlton; three daughters, Joyce Pierce and her husband Dan of Norton, Patricia Wilson and her husband Kenneth of Charlton, and Kathy Vaccaro and her husband Tony of Palmetto, FL.

He also leaves eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial calling hours are Monday, November 21, 2016, from 6-8 p.m. at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford.
