AUBURN - Raymond L. Olejniczak, 55, of Washington St., died Saturday, January 15, 2011, at St. Vincent Hospital after a battle with cancer. He is survived by his daughter, Tammy L. Olejniczak of Oxford; his brother, Joe Olejniczak of North Carolina; his sister, Carol Belanger of Leicester; his special friend, Wendy Lineen of Leicester; nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by a sister, Sharon Olejniczak of Worcester who died in 2009. He was born in Worcester, the son of the late Roman and Irene (Desrosiers) Olejniczak, and lived in Worcester and Sutton before moving to Auburn four years ago. He attended Doherty High School in Worcester. Mr. Olejniczak was a machinist at Metso Automation (formerly Neles Jamesbury) in Worcester for 32 years. He enjoyed riding snowmobiles and motorcycles, and especially loved being around his family and friends. Memorial calling hours are Wednesday, January 19, 2011, from 5-8 p.m. at Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. A Celebration of Raymond's Life will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2011, from 5-9 p.m., at the American Legion Post 58, 227 Main St., Oxford. Burial will be private at St. John's Cemetery in Worcester.
