Pearl Desrosiers

OXFORD - Pearl S. (Guerard) DesRosiers, 84, died Tuesday, August 9, 2011, at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester. She was predeceased by her husband of 61 years, Raymond F. DesRosiers who died in 2009. She is survived by her daughter, Charlene P. White of Oxford; her son, Kenneth R. DesRosiers of Knoxville, TN; five grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She was born in Oxford, the daughter of the late Edmond and Elmire (Laramee) Guerard, and lived in Oxford and Charlton before moving back to Oxford 30 years ago. Mrs. Guerard was a wedding coordinator and manager at Hebert Candy for 38 years. She enjoyed playing the piano and playing dominos, and enjoyed a very full life. A private funeral Mass will be held at St. Roch's Church, 332 Main Street, Oxford. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours. Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, is assisting with arrangements.
