Paula Entwistle

CHARLTON – Paula A. (Beaudette) Entwistle, 58, of Main Street, died suddenly on Friday, December 22, 2017, after a long illness. She is survived by two children, Dean R. Anderson and his wife Shayna of Oxford, and Angela M. Entwistle of Worcester; her sister, Beth-Ann Beaudette of Charlton; two grandchildren, Riane E. Anderson and Addelin Anderson, both of Oxford; her longtime companion Von Wallace, with whom she lived; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by a sister, Pamela J. Beaudette who died in 1998. She was born in Webster, daughter of the late Ronald P. and Elizabeth A. (Perks) Beaudette, was raised in Charlton and lived most of her life in Worcester before moving back to Charlton four years ago. She graduated from Shepherd Hill Regional High School in Dudley in 1977 and attended Quinsigamond Community College in Worcester. She served in the U.S. Air Force.

Ms. Entwistle was a certified nurse’s aide for many years. She was a dedicated volunteer at Everyday Miracles Peer Recovery Community Center in Worcester, where she met and had many caring supportive friends. She also volunteered for the Salvation Army. She enjoyed painting, scrapbooking, making jewelry, spending time by the ocean, and caring for her cats. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 5, 2018, at St. Roch’s Cemetery, Federal Hill Road, Oxford. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the MSPCA-Angell, ATTN: Donations, 350 South Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02130. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
