OXFORD – Norbert A. Ledoux, 85, of Dana Road and formerly of Marlborough, died Sunday, March 18, 2007, at Sunbridge-Sandalwood Nursing Home in Oxford. He was predeceased by his first wife of 40 years, Hazel M. (Taft) Ledoux of Marlborough, who died in 1985; and his second wife of 7 years, Josephine R. (Marengo) Ledoux of Oxford, who died in 1994. He is survived by three children, Jeanne M. Kettler of Trinity, FL, Alfred J. LeDoux of Maine, and Paul N. LeDoux of Wiscasset, ME; four stepchildren, Judy Sobieski of Oxford, Patricia Jette of Webster, Blanche Christo of Holden, and Osmyn "Butch" Stevens of Bethel, VT; his companion, Rita Beaudry of Paxton; two brothers, Carl Ledoux of Marlborough and Raymond Ledoux of Hudson; two grandchildren, Zachary A. LeDoux and Emily C. LeDoux, both of Wiscasset, ME; and many nephews and nieces. He was born in Marlborough, the son of the late Joseph A. and Regina (Labossiere) Ledoux. Mr. Ledoux worked at General Motors Corporation in Framingham for 35 years, retiring in 1983. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II and was a member of the V.F.W. Post 5663 in Oxford. Calling hours are Tuesday, March 20, 2007, from 6-8 p.m. at Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. A vigil service will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the conclusion of calling hours. Burial will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
