OXFORD - Neal J. Murray, 34, formerly of Main Street, died suddenly on Monday, February 1, 2016. He is survived by his father, David J. Murray and his wife Pamela of Oxford; his mother, Charlotte J. Primeau Pelkey of Dedham; his brother, Craig D. Murray and his wife Nicole of Oxford; his sister, Lisa M. Murray of Worcester; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was born in Worcester and was a lifelong resident of Oxford. He graduated from Bay Path Regional Vocational Technical High School in Charlton in 2000.
Neal was a welder and union pipe fitter, who worked for General Mechanical Contractors in Auburn for several years.
Neal had a huge heart, he loved kids and animals; especially monkeys, riding his Harley, being on the water, and snowmobiling. He had a special talent for fixing things. He loved his family and many friends, and would do anything for anyone. He will always be in our hearts.
Calling hours are Saturday, February 6, 2016, from 4-7 p.m. at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday at the conclusion of the calling hours. Burial will be private at a later date at North Cemetery in Oxford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Advocates/Linda Fay Griffin Program, 1881 Worcester Rd., Framingham, MA 01701.
