OXFORD – Michael D. Morin, 68, of Huguenot Road, died unexpectedly on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at UMass Memorial Medical Center – University Campus in Worcester. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Cynthia E. (McGrath) Morin of Oxford; two children, David M. Morin and his wife Julie of Dudley, and Ashlie E. Wolf and her husband Jonathan of Thompson, CT; his sister, Ellen Morin of San Francisco, CA; four grandchildren, Sean Olson, Lindsay Callahan, Mason Wolf, and Lilly Wolf; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Russell Morin.
He was born in Worcester, son of the late Norman R. and Janet S. (Sharon) Morin, and lived in Auburn before moving to Oxford in 1981. He graduated from Auburn High School in 1974.
Mr. Morin owned and operated Environmental Printing Alternatives in Worcester and Millbury for 10 years, retiring in 2003. Later, he worked at Rotman’s Furniture in Worcester and Sclamos Appliance in Millbury. He enjoyed cooking, grilling, playing golf, and was a fan of the Boston sports teams – especially the Patriots.
He was a family-oriented man who loved his wife, children, and grandchildren more than anything. He inherited that trait from a strong bond with his parents. He was involved in his children’s activities when they were young. He will be remembered for his wonderful stories and sense of humor, and the way he could make every day bright.
