NORTH OXFORD – Kevin P. Tyrrell, 40, of Main Street and formerly of Shrewsbury, died Tuesday, April 27, 2021, in his home. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Jennifer S. (Therrien) Tyrrell of North Oxford; four children, Alexis Tyrrell and her fiancé Bryan Kennedy of Worcester, Ace Tyrell, Isaac Tyrrell, and Ivy Tyrrell, all of North Oxford; his mother, Janis (Andonian) Christopherson and her husband William of Northbridge; his sister, Jill Anderson and her husband Paul of Whitinsville; three grandsons, Cody Tyrrell, Ethan Kennedy, and Asher Kennedy; three step-brothers, Patrick, Andrew, and Daniel Christopherson; his best friend, Travis Martin of Worcester; and many aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Dennis F. Tyrrell and lived most of his life in Shrewsbury before moving to Oxford in 2019.
Kevin worked most of his life in the landscaping and construction industries. Most recently, he stayed home to care for his children who meant everything to him. He enjoyed working on cars, watching sports and the news, and attending his children’s sporting events.
Calling hours are Saturday, May 1, 2021, from 10 a.m. – 12 noon at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. A service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday at the conclusion of calling hours.
