AUBURN – Kevin W. Renaud, 65, of Jerome Avenue, died peacefully on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at UMass Memorial Medical Center – Belmont Campus in Worcester, surrounded by his family and loved ones. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Doreen C. (Jessing) Renaud of Auburn; two sons, Kevin W. Renaud Jr. and his spouse Sylvia of Worcester, and Joseph A. Renaud and his wife Dorothy of Webster; four grandchildren, Nathan Renaud, Kaelyn Renaud, Anthony Renaud, and Joseph Renaud Jr.; his brother, Kenneth W. Renaud and wife Shelly of Spencer; his step-sister, Tammy Savino of Webster; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his step-father, Leo Comeau. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Kenneth E. Renaud and Barbara (Atchue) Comeau, and was a lifelong resident of Auburn.
Mr. Renaud worked at Legett and Platt in Oxford for many years. Previously, he worked at the College Square Getty Gas Station in Worcester for several years. He enjoyed the holiday seasons, and his favorite holiday was Halloween. He loved sports and was an avid Patriots fan. He will be remembered as a man with a wonderful sense of humor, who always put his family and grandchildren first in his life. He will also be greatly missed by his beloved dog, Conan, who was always by his side.
Memorial calling hours are Saturday, January 13, 2024, from 4:00-6:00 p.m. at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main Street, Oxford, followed by a cocktail hour and light hors d’oeuvres with family and friends at Upside Food and Drink, 59 Schofield Ave, Dudley.
