Kenneth Fitton

OXFORD - Kenneth W. Fitton, 71, of Wheelock St., died Wednesday, September 9, 2015, at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester. He is survived by three children, Troy Fitton of Millbury, Tara Fitton of Oxford, and Tomy Fitton and his wife Angela of South Attleboro; his brother, Dennis R. Fitton and his wife Ellen of Webster; his sister, Maureen A. Butler and her husband Anthony of Webster; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, and nieces. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Leo J. and Mary L. (Halley) Fitton, and lived in Grafton before moving to Oxford in 1990. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Fitton was a security guard at Goya Foods in Webster for many years, retiring in 2013. He was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and enjoyed watching Western movies. No funeral service is planned. There are no calling hours. Burial will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Veterans Inc., 69 Grove St., Worcester, MA 01605. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
