OXFORD – Kelly Kimball, 55, of Rocky Hill Road, died Sunday, October 31, 2021, at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester, after a long battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Susan A. (Fotland) Kimball of Oxford; two children, Andrew R. Kimball and Abigail J. Kimball, both of Oxford; his mother, Roberta J. (Lovell) Kimball of Owensboro, KY; his niece, Erica Pauli of Iowa; and his father- and mother-in-law, Richard and Ruth Fotland of Franklin. He was predeceased by his sister, Kimberly Kimball. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri, son of the late Gary L. Kimball, and lived in Oxford for 16 years. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts in Boston.
Mr. Kimball worked at Ericsson in Acton for several years, most recently as a senior escalation engineer. He loved playing his guitar, raising chickens, and his dog, Spike.
Memorial calling hours are Thursday, November 11, 2021, from 5-7 p.m., at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main Street, Oxford. Burial will be private at North Cemetery in Oxford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/The Jimmy Fund, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284.
