OXFORD – Keith C. Robbins, 32, of Federal Hill Road, died Thursday, December 17, 2015, at UMass Memorial Medical Center – University Campus in Worcester. He is survived by his parents, Daniel C. and Irena G. (Valinskas) Robbins Jr. of Oxford; his sister, Megan C. Robbins and her boyfriend Randy Martineau of Fitchburg; his grandmother, Patricia A. Robbins of Webster; and a large loving extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins. In addition, he leaves behind a close circle of friends that he considered his brothers, and a community of online friends. He was born in Worcester on September 9, 1983, and was a lifelong resident of Oxford. He graduated from Oxford High School in 2001 and received his associate’s degree from Johnson and Wales University in Providence.
Keith loved cooking and worked his entire career in food service. For the last five years he has worked at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester. Previously, he worked at the Overlook Masonic Health Center in Charlton, the Coffee Hop in Oxford, and Pepper’s Fine Food Catering in Northborough. Keith was an Eagle Scout with Boy Scout Troop 147 in Oxford and was a Mason at the Oxford Masonic Lodge. In addition to cooking, he loved playing online games and connecting with friends on the internet.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses who treated Keith over the past three years, for their exceptional care and ability to keep his spirits up during his illness.
