Kathleen Veronick-Demars

SUTTON - Kathleen A. Veronick-Demars, 57, died Friday, January 16, 2009, in her home. She is survived by her husband James J. Veronick of Sutton; and four brothers, Donnie Demars of Fort Lauderdale, David Demars of Hubbardston, Daniel Demars of Leicester, and Doug Demars of Worcester. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of the late Ernest D. and Mary E. (Kelly) Demars. She graduated from Sutton High School in 1970 and the David Hale Fanning Vocational School in Worcester. Mrs. Demars was an L.P.N. at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester for many years and Worcester County Hospital in Boylston for 2 years. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mothers Against Drunk Driving, 18 Tremont St., Suite 703, Boston, MA 02108, of which she was a lifelong member, or to Tufts Foster Hospital for Small Animals, 200 Westboro Rd., North Grafton, MA 01536, in the name of Precious. Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, is directing the arrangements.
