UXBRIDGE – Joseph B. Kenney, 75, of Centennial Court, died Monday, February 10, 2025, in his home. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Nancy L. (Paradis) Kenney of Uxbridge; two sons, Shawn J. Kenney and his wife Carrie of Northbridge, and Chad L. Kenney of Warwick, RI; a brother, Philip B. Kenney and his wife Mary of Webster; and four grandchildren, Nathan Kenney of Northbridge, Kaci Kenney of Northbridge, Maxwell Kenney of Northbridge, and Ava Kenney of Worcester.

He was born in Worcester, son of the late John and Dorothy (Boudreau) Kenney, and lived in Worcester and Webster prior to moving to Uxbridge.

Mr. Kenney was a campus police officer at Westborough State Hospital for 20 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and hiking, and most of all enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved his family more than anything and was always full of love and laughter. He will be remembered for his sense of humor and his ability to put a smile on anyone’s face.

Services will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66675-8516.
