OXFORD – JoAnn M. (Fudali) Colecchi, 74, of Garrison Heights, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Care One in Millbury, with loved ones by her side. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Michael A. Colecchi of Oxford; five stepchildren, Michael Colecchi and his wife Jacqueline of Millbury, Leann Grudzien and her husband Gerry of Brooklyn, CT, Laura Sterczala of Webster, Jaclyn Wenc and her husband Greg of Webster, and Andrea Doucette and her husband Andy of Millbury; nine step grandchildren; and two very close cousins, Jackie MacLean of Auburn, and Sue Parker of The Villages, FL.
She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Joseph and Frances (Army) Fudali, and lived in Oxford since 2001. She graduated from Millbury High School in 1968.
Mrs. Colecchi was an account executive at ADP in Auburn for over 30 years, retiring in 2012. She was a member of St. Ann’s Church in North Oxford. She enjoyed shopping, watching movies, spending time at the beach, where she spent summer vacations on Cape Cod as a child. She also loved Maine, where she married Michael, who was the love of her life. Mostly she enjoyed being with family. She was generous, kind, and loving, and will be greatly missed.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at St. Roch’s Church, 332 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at North Cemetery in Oxford. A calling hour will be held on Tuesday from 9:00-10:30 a.m. at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, prior to the Mass.
