The funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 27, 2010, at St. Joseph's Church, 10 H. Putnam Rd. Ext., Charlton. Friends and family are invited to meet at the church beginning at 9:15 a.m. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery in Worcester. (Wroblewska) Prunier, 104, died Tuesday, December 21, 2010, at the Overlook Masonic Health Center in Charlton. She was predeceased by her husband of 33 years, Edward A. Prunier of Charlton, who died in 1960; her sister Celia Manna; and her brother Felix Wroblewski. She is survived by a son, Edward C. Prunier and his wife Regina of Webster; three daughters, Shirley J. Wolfenden and her husband Wesley of Tampa, FL, Barbara H. LePage and her husband Paul of Sturbridge, and Bernadette F. Davidson and her husband Donald of Sturbridge; 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces. She was born on June 15, 1906, the daughter of the late Anthony Wroblewski and Helen (Duszynski) Wroblewska, and lived in Leicester, Oxford, Worcester, Franklin, Charlton, and Sturbridge. Mrs. Prunier was a member of St. Joseph Church in Charlton. She was a member of St. Anne's Prayer Cenacle in Sturbridge and previously attended Elder Day Care in Dudley. She received the Boston Post Cane Award for being the oldest citizen of Charlton, and was honored in the Old Home Day parade in 2008. She enjoyed gardening, was a member of the Busy Bees in Franklin, and her greatest joy in life was her family. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2010, at St. Joseph's Church, 10 H. Putnam Rd. Ext., Charlton. Friends and family are invited to meet at the church beginning at 9:15 a.m. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery in Worcester. Calling hours are Sunday, December 26, 2010, from 4-8 p.m. at Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Overlook Masonic Health Center, Make-a-Wish, P.O. Box 1000, Charlton, MA 01507.
