Jeannette Willey

NORTH OXFORD - Jeannette R. (LaPlante) Willey, 89, of Main Street, died Tuesday, December 27, 2011, at Westboro Healthcare Center. She was predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Maurice G. Willey of Oxford who died in 1998. She is survived by a sister, Gertrude T. Butler of Worcester; and several nephews and nieces. She was born in North Oxford, the daughter of the late Mitchell H. and Anna (Ledoux) LaPlante, and was a lifelong resident of North Oxford. She graduated from Oxford High School. Mrs. Willey worked at Anglo Fabrics in Webster for many years. She was a member of St. Ann's Church in North Oxford. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, December 30, 2011, at St. Ann's Church, 652 Main St., North Oxford. Friends and family are respectfully requested to meet directly at the church. Burial will follow at St. Roch's Cemetery, Oxford. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Ann's Church, P.O. Box 488, North Oxford, MA 01537. Paradis Funeral Home, Oxford, is directing the arrangements.
