OXFORD – Jean M. (Fitzgerald) Fitzgerald, 88, formerly of Homestead Avenue, died Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at Webster Manor Nursing Home in Webster.  She was predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Richard D. Fitzgerald who died in 2014.  She is survived by two sons, Richard Landry and Robert Landry.  She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Robert and Helen (Boris) Fitzgerald, and lived in South Grafton and Shrewsbury before moving to Oxford in 1997.  She graduated from Auburn High School in 1954 and received a certificate from St. Vincent Hospital.

Mrs. Fitzgerald was a home health aide for Home Staff in Worcester for 5 years prior to retirement.  She was a member of St. Roch’s Church in Oxford.  She enjoyed trips to Foxwoods and loved her dogs she had throughout her life.

Thanks to the staff at Webster Manor and the people who have helped her throughout the years.

A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 21, 2023, at St. Roch’s Church, 332 Main St., Oxford.  Burial will be at North Cemetery in Oxford.  There are no calling hours.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Roch’s Church, 334 Main St., Oxford, MA 01540.

Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
