Janice Bouthillette

DUDLEY – Janice L. (Blair) Bouthillette, 79, of Cardinal Drive, died unexpectedly on Saturday, February 20, 2016, while visiting her daughter in Florida. She was predeceased by her husband of 59 years, Phillip Bouthillette, who died in 2015. She is survived by four children, M. Sharon Alden of Dudley, Philip Gary Bouthillette and his wife Donna of Windermere, FL, Robin A. Ratcliffe and her husband Kenneth Jr. of Windermere, FL, and Debra M. Krasowsky and her husband Peter of Auburn; eight grandchildren, Julie Alden and Jessica Alden of Worcester, Joseph Bouthillette and Nicholas Bouthillette of Windermere, FL, Kenneth Ratcliffe III and his wife Amanda of Shanghai, China, Amanda Krasowsky of Worcester, and Hillary Krasowsky and Emily Krasowsky of Auburn; her brother, Richard Blair of Worcester; and many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by a brother, Donald Blair; and her son-in-law, Richard Alden. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Alphonse and Lillian (Jarvis) Blair, and lived most of her life in Oxford before moving to Dudley 3 years ago. She graduated from Worcester Public Schools.

Mrs. Bouthillette worked at Sears at the Auburn Mall for 25 years, retiring in 1995. In her younger years, she stayed home to raise her children. She enjoyed reading and loved nothing more than spending time with her grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2016, at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at St. Roch’s Cemetery in Oxford. Calling hours are Friday, February 26, 2016, from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
