"Dearest friends, time again has come to connect with our friends and share the events of the year past. Daily routines are just there, but it is special moments that stand out which give us lasting pictures our lives have entwined to put the pictures together like a puzzle that forever etched in our hearts and minds. God has brought us together though strangers, to become a family he saw a need for from the day we were born. So thank you for being part of our family, and letting our families rejoice in God's gifts, which he showered upon us for all eternity. We ask this in the name of Jesus, lovingly yours, Janet." A funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010, at the Oxford United Methodist Church, 465 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at St. Roch's Cemetery, Oxford.
