OXFORD - Jane E. (Johnson) Baribeau, 70, of Federal Hill Road, died Monday, June 15, 2015, at Sandalwood Care and Rehabilitation in Oxford, after a short illness. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Bruce O. Baribeau of Oxford; two children, Stephanie L. Chauvin and Nathan B. Baribeau, both of Oxford; her sister, Patricia Erickson of Shrewsbury; two grandchildren, Ashley Stone and Cody Chauvin, both of Charlton, and many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her brother, Robert M. Johnson. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Everett A. and Genevieve C. (Gasper) Johnson, and lived in Worcester before moving to Oxford in 1969. She graduated from Commerce High School in Worcester in 1962, and was a member of St. Roch's Church in Oxford. The family would like to thank the staff at Sandalwood for their exceptional care during her illness. A funeral will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2015, from Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Roch's Church, 332 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at St. Roch's Cemetery in Oxford. Calling hours are Wednesday, June 17, 2015, from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Liver Foundation-New England Division, 188 Needham St., Suite 240, Newton, MA 02464.
