WEBSTER - Harold Anderson, known by many as "Andy," "Louie," and "Herkimah," cut a hat on August 25, 2011, surrounded by his loving family. During his battle with cancer, he remained a strong man who kept his dignity and sense of humor through it all. He was a legend to his family and many friends. Louie loved nothing more than riding his Harley motorcycle. He belonged to several riding groups and participated in many charity bike runs. He was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran of the Korean War. He was an independent cross country truck driver for many years, and worked in heavy equipment construction in the Teamsters. Calling hours will be Tuesday, August 30, 2011, from 5-8 p.m. at Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, and casual attire is requested. To celebrate his life, words of remembrance and military funeral honors will be held at the conclusion of calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Molly Bish Foundation, P.O. Box 556, 766 South St., West Warren, MA 01092.
