Frank Barker, Jr.

WEBSTER - Frank W. Barker, Jr. 68, of Hartley Street, died unexpectedly on Saturday, April 21, 2012. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Dorothy (Taylor) Barker of Webster; two daughters, Wanda Lamphier of Webster and Dorene LoSasso and her husband Paul of Rochdale; two grandsons, Louis Paul LoSasso and Shawn A. Lamphier, both of Webster; two sisters, Carlene Pelletier and Madeline Gordon, both of Bangor, Maine; and many nephews and nieces. He was born in Bangor, Maine, the son of the late Frank W. and Madeline (Sprague) Barker Sr., and lived in Oxford for 30 years before moving to Webster 12 years ago. Mr. Barker served in the United States Navy. Mr. Barker worked at Indusol Inc. in Millbury for over 40 years. He was a member of the American Legion in Webster and enjoyed coin and stamp collecting. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, April 26, 2012, at Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at Mount Zion Cemetery in Webster. Calling hours are Wednesday, April 25, 2012, from 7-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
