SPENCER - Francis R. Tebo, 65, of Pleasant St., died Saturday, October 4, 2008, in his home. He is survived by his longtime friend and companion, Carol Humphrey of Oxford; his mother, Helen T. (Tebo) Ruel of Spencer; two sons, Steven M. Tebo and his wife Sherry of Navarre, FL, and their sons Matthew and Austin, and Michael W. Tebo and his wife Jennifer of Oxford, and their daughter Rachel; a stepson, Jason C. Tebo of Navarre, FL; a brother, John J. Tebo and his wife Sandra of Spencer; beloved cousins Robert and Richard Holbrook of East Brookfield, who were very close to him; many great friends, including Alfred Saad and Buddy Walker; and many nephews and nieces. He was born in Worcester, the son of the late Francis J. Tebo, and lived in Oxford before moving to Spencer 15 years ago. Mr. Tebo was a meat cutter at Snyder Beef Company for many years, retiring several years ago. He loved hunting and fishing and Vermont. Memorial calling hours are Thursday, October 9, 2008, from 4-7 p.m. at Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. At 7:00 p.m., the family will speak in remembrance of Francis, and invite anyone who would like to say a few words to join them at that time. No funeral service is planned. Burial will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Liver Foundation, 75 Maiden Lane, Suite 603, New York, NY 10038.
