OXFORD – Frances B. (DelNegro) Book, 77, of Rawson Avenue, died Monday, January 24, 2022, at Harrington Memorial Hospital in Southbridge. She is survived her husband, Michael Book of Oxford, with whom she would have celebrated 50 years of marriage this June; two daughters, Michele Book of Oxford, and Angela Arsenault and her husband Augustin of Webster; three grandchildren, Amy Hopkins of Virginia, Kimberly Corey of Woodstock, CT, and Thomas Paulsen of Webster; two great grandchildren, Colby and Parker; her sister, Rose DelNegro Boucher; a niece and a nephew. She was born in Worcester and lived in Oxford since 1978.
Frances was the life of the party and always loved to be around friends and family. She loved to spend time at N & J Donuts in her hometown of Oxford. She was family-oriented and loved her family dearly. Frances held many jobs throughout her life, including at the Big Boy Restaurant in Auburn and the Patriot Newspaper as a telemarketer for many years. Her best memories were spending time at the beach, Nantasket, Old Orchard, and Hampton. Fran had many friends and touched many hearts and lives. She will be missed always. We love you, Fran.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 28, 2022, at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at North Cemetery in Oxford. Calling hours are Thursday, January 27, 2022, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
