OXFORD - Fran M. (Risolo) Noyes, 67, of Main St., died Tuesday, March 22, 2011, in her home. She was predeceased by her husband of 23 years and love of her life, Edward E. Noyes who died in 2000. She is survived by five children, John R. Hakala and his wife Tracy of Dudley, Christopher M. Hakala of Wilbraham, Susan J. Netishen and her husband Joseph of Hubbardston, David E. Noyes and his wife Angela of Spencer, and Linda L. Gagne of Worcester; two sisters, Rosetta Risolo of Oxford and Vera Nuzzolilo of Worcester; seven grandchildren, Anthony Hakala, Katleyn Hakala, Abigail Hakala, Lillian Hakala, Matthew Netishen, Jenifer Netishen, and Anastasia Noyes; and many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her brother, Louis Risolo of Worcester. She was born in Worcester, the daughter of the late Francisco and Olympia (Tuccio) Risolo, and lived most of her life in Oxford. Franny owned and operated Styles, Etc., in Oxford for 30 years, retiring in 2002. She had countless friends who were there with her until the end. And, she lived life on her own terms and embraced everything and everybody she came in contact with. She loved her family more than anything, and her grandchildren were her life. Every person who passed through her life has given her a gift. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, March 25, 2011, at Grace Episcopal Church, 270 Main St., Oxford. Burial will be at a later date at North Cemetery, Oxford. Calling hours are Thursday, March 24, 2011, from 5-8 p.m. at Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
