Emily Rose Marie Wagner

OXFORD – Emily Rose Marie Wagner, 11, of Hillcrest Drive, gained her angel wings on Monday, January 8, 2024. She left this world peacefully, in her own home and surrounded by loved ones. Emily is survived by her parents, Corey and Sunshine Wagner; brothers, Teagan and Kayden; and grandparents, Douglas and Shirley Wagner, all of Oxford. She also leaves her “Uncle Tony," Anthony Civitarese of Portland, ME; and her beloved dog, Sweet Pea. She was born in Worcester and was a lifelong resident of Oxford.

Emily was a 6^th grade student at Oxford Middle School.  She earned recognition for her scholastic effort & achievements, but most of all for her kindness. She was loved by faculty, staff and students alike. She will be held close in the hearts of  her family, friends, and the entire Oxford community as her indomitable spirit lives on through us.

Emily will be buried privately at North Cemetery in Oxford.  One of her greatest joys during Emily’s last days was planning her “After-Party” (memorial), which will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the A.M. Chaffee School, 9 Clover Street, Oxford.  Emily and her family would like to invite everyone who was touched by her to join them in celebrating her life.
