Edward Bullock

Edward Paul Bullock, 88, of Wheelock Street, died Saturday, January 21, 2017, at the Overlook Masonic Health Center in Charlton. He is survived by five children, Edward Bullock and his wife Tina of Charlton, Linda Delaire and her husband Patrick of Manchester, CT, Sandra Reynolds and her husband Robert of Marlborough, CT, Gary Bullock and his wife Laurie of Middlefield, CT, and Denise Harvey and her husband Glen of Middletown, CT; his brother, Robert Bullock of Worcester; his loving companion, Sheila Van Patten of Oxford; nine grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Rita Carew of Orlando, FL; and two grandchildren, Sydney Claire and McCoy Bullock. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Edward Joseph and Alice (Dangredo) Bullock, and lived in Worcester before moving to Oxford in 2000. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.

Mr. Bullock was a heavy equipment operator at Scavone Construction for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting, fishing, and camping. He was a Red Sox and Patriots fan and enjoyed woodworking and painting.

Calling hours are Monday, January 23, 2017, from 5-7 p.m. at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the conclusion of the calling hours. Burial will be private at a later date at St. Roch's Cemetery in Oxford.
