SOUTHBRIDGE - Brothers Dylan J. Riel, 4, and Jayce R. Garcia, 1, died Friday, June 20, 2014, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident in Brimfield. They are survived by their parents, Nicole Riel and Andrés Garcia of Southbridge; Dylan's biological father, Eric Hardy of Webster; their brother, Tristan A. Garcia of Southbridge; their maternal grandparents, Debra Rose of Oxford and Mark Riel of Charlton; their paternal grandparents, Carmen and Orlando Garcia of Southbridge, and William and Sally Hardy of Holland; their maternal great grandparents, Warren and Linda Welton of Charlton; and George Riel of Charlton; their paternal great grandmother, Sara Rodriguez of Puerto Rico; two aunts, Kristen Riel and Mary Alliy; an uncle, Alex J. Garcia; their cat, Patsy; and a large extended family of many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Dylan was born in Worcester on August 12, 2009. He played T-Ball in Southbridge and loved all sports, including skateboarding, basketball, and fishing. He loved Sonic and enjoyed going fishing. Jayce was born in Worcester on February 5, 2013. He loved to eat and go fishing. He loved Mickey Mouse and watching cartoons, and will be remembered as someone who was always happy. A celebration of their life will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 27, 2014, at Faith Baptist Church, 22 Faith Ave., Auburn. Burial will follow at North Cemetery in Oxford. Calling hours are Thursday, June 26, 2014, from 4-8 p.m. at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Riel Brothers Funeral Fund, c/o Webster Five Cent Savings Bank, 343 Main St., Oxford, MA 01540.
