Deborah Mingey

OXFORD - Deborah M. (Frazier) Mingey, 61, died Monday, August 12, 2013, at UMass Memorial Medical Center - University Campus, after a short illness. She is survived by her longtime companion, Joseph P. Stepien of Oxford; three children, Emily M. Stepien of Oxford, William Mingey of Pensacola, FL, and Steven Mingey and his wife Spring of Deltona, FL; and a granddaughter, Charis Mingey. She was born in Hartford, CT, the daughter of the late Burton and Theresa (Bonaface) Frazier, and lived in Stafford Springs, CT, and Webster, before moving to Oxford in 1988. She was a housekeeper in the Webster and Oxford area for several years. Funeral services will be private. There are no calling hours. Paradis Funeral Home in Oxford is assisting with arrangements.
