OXFORD – David S. Fish, 68, of Charlton Street, died Saturday, May 12, 2018, in his home. He is survived by his brother, John Fish and his wife Christa of Virginia; his sister-in-law, Elsie Fish of Grafton; and many nephews and nieces, including Stephen E. Fish of Oxford, Mark A. Fish of Spanaway, WA, Kenneth A. Fish of Oxford, and Louis A. Fish III of Nashua, NH. He was predeceased by two brothers, Louis A. Fish Jr. and Robert S. Fish; and a sister-in-law, Carol F. Fish. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Louis A. and Frances (Roberts) Fish, and lived in Worcester before moving to Oxford in 1975. He graduated from Worcester State University in Worcester.
Mr. Fish was a financial advisor for the Money Paper in New York for over 15 years, retiring in 2017. Throughout his life, he worked in the financial industry as a stock advisor and accountant. Previously, he was the senior accountant at Thom McCann in Worcester. Mr. Fish enjoyed flower gardening, playing chess and cribbage. He will be remembered as a very generous person was always there for his family.
Services and burial will be private. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford is directing the arrangements.
