WEBSTER - Cynthia L. Marable, 57, of North Main Street, died Thursday, September 3, 2015, at UMass Memorial Medical Center - University Campus, from complications of a long-term illness. She is survived by her husband of 14 years, Danny R. Marable of Webster; two daughters, Halina L. Grabowski and her companion Josh Lighten, and Lila A. Jackson and her husband Calvin, all of Webster; three brothers, Dennis Fountain and his wife Susan of Oxford, Rodney Fountain of Oxford, and Mark Fountain and his wife Cam of Florida; two sisters, Judith Bryniarski and Melissa Christian, both of Dudley; six grandchildren, Alexis, Gregory, Joshua, Calvin Jr., Sebastian, and Stephon, all of Webster; and many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by a brother, Joseph P. Fountain Jr. of Oxford, who died in 2010. She was born in Webster, daughter of the late Joseph P. and Shirley R. (Beauregard) Fountain Sr., raised in Oxford. She moved to Webster and Shreveport, LA, before moving back to Webster in 2010. She graduated from Oxford High School in 1976. Mrs. Marable was a certified nurse's aide at Lanessa Nursing Home in Webster for 5 years. She enjoyed being outdoors and camping, and most of all loved to spend time with her family. No funeral service is planned and there are no calling hours. Burial will be private at a later date. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
