Christopher T. Clifford

OXFORD – Christopher T. Clifford, 56, of Holly Street, died Thursday, August 17, 2023, at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, CT.  He is survived by his wife, Arlene T. Flynn of Oxford; two children, Thomas C. Clifford and Leigha E. Clifford, both of Oxford; his parents, Thomas C. and Agnes (McGovern) Clifford of Oxford; his sister, Rosemarie Clifford of Webster; three nieces, one nephew, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He was predeceased by his sister, Annmarie Clifford.  He was born in Boston and moved to Oxford 15 years ago.

Mr. Clifford was a carpenter at Boston Housing Authority.  He was a member of the New England Regional Council of Carpenters Local 33 since 1987.  He was a musician and loved to play guitar.  He will be greatly missed by his dog, Bear.

A celebration of his life will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2023, from 12:00-3:00 p.m., at the Irish Social Club of Boston, 119 Park Street, West Roxbury.  Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
