WEBSTER – Cecile F. (Cazeault) Butler, 78, of Golden Heights, died Tuesday, November 21, 2017, at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester. She was predeceased by her husband of 23 years, John W. Butler who died in 2004. She is survived by three children, Norma L. Collins of Webster, John LaFountain of Dayville, CT, and Katherine Haseley and her husband Mark of Lynn Haven, FL; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by two brothers, Bernard Cazeault and Armand Cazeault; and two sisters, Rita Chiras and Mary Jane Kozlowski. She was born in Webster, daughter of the late Gerard and Cecelia (Anderson) Cazeault, and lived most of her life in Webster.
Mrs. Butler worked as supervisor of housekeeping and as a housekeeper at area nursing homes for most of her life. She loved dancing, crocheting, and gardening.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at North Cemetery, Main Street, Oxford. There are no calling hours. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association, 1200 Hosford St., Suite 101, Hudson, WI 54016-9316.
