Catherine Harrington

Webster - Catherine M. (Garrity) Harrington, 81, of Webster, died on Monday, June 25, 2012 in the Harrington Memorial Hospital in Southbridge after an illness. Catherine is survived by a son, Thomas J. Harrington and his companion Patty Hisoire; a daughter, Margaret C. Bennett and her husband Robert; Four grandchildren, Tara Doyle, Molly Harrington, Libby Harrington and Meagan Bennett; seven great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. Catherine was loved by and will be missed by her family. She leaves behind many friends including a close friend Beverly and her family of which she looked at as part of her own family. She was born in Millville, MA, daughter of the late John and Georgette (Massey) Garrity. Catherine was predeceased by three brothers, Robert, John and Edward Garrity and a sister Marie Erickson. Catherine worked for many years at the American Greetings Company and the Levitz Company. She enjoyed watching her favorite television shows, and spending time with her family and friends. Calling hours are Thursday, June 28, 2012 from 6 to 8 PM in the funeral home. The funeral will be held Friday, June 29, 2012 at 11 AM in the Paradis Funeral Home 357 Main St. Oxford. Burial will follow in North Cemetery, Oxford.
