Carolyn Belcher

WEBSTER - Carolyn V. (Anderson) Belcher, 75, of Hartley Street, died Tuesday, September 2, 2014, at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Louchlin D. Belcher of Webster; four children, Carrie, Gail, Deborah, and Louchlin; a brother, Bruce Anderson; two sisters, Beverly Anderson and Shirley Paladino; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces. She was born in Boston, the daughter of the late Albert and Elizabeth (Buchanan) Anderson, and lived in Webster for 15 years. She graduated from Shrewsbury High School. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at the First Congregational Church, 355 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at Mount Zion Cemetery in Webster. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a cancer charity of your choice. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
