Carol J. Snow

CHARLTON – Carol J. (Swanstrom) Snow, 87, of Stafford Street, died peacefully on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester. She is survived by her husband, Robert Snow of Charlton; three children, Charlene Colbert of Warwick, RI, James Snow and his wife Donna of Camden, TN, and Nancy Canavan of Ellington, CT; a sister, Linda Conant of Suffield, CT; a brother, Errol Swanstrom of Peabody, MA; five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She was predeceased by a brother, Jack Swanstrom.

Carol was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Adolph and June (Dunkerton) Swanstrom. She met her husband while attending Auburn High School and graduated along with her many friends in 1955. Carol and Robert married shortly thereafter and have resided in Charlton since 1963.

Mrs. Snow operated Lawn Pro Inc. in Charlton with her husband for 25 years. She served as the office manager prior to retiring in 2000. Carol enjoyed traveling with her husband in their motorhome which took them across the country.

Services will be held privately. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
