CHARLTON – Bill Joseph “Charlie” Boucher, 81, a lifelong resident of Charlton, and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2023, with his children surrounding him.
He is survived by three children, Kimberly A. Banaczuk and her husband Michael, Lori A. Fisher and her significant other Michael Butler, and David W. Boucher and his wife Cindy; a loving stepdaughter, Laura Leon and her husband Robert; several grandchildren, two great grandchildren; his friend and cousin, Joseph Boucher and his wife Jackie; many other cousins; and his best kitty Otter Boucher.
He was predeceased by his wife, Janice (Vick) Boucher; and a son, Joseph W. Boucher.
Prior to his passing, Bill was employed for many years at Bay Path Technical High School in Charlton. Previously he worked for Cutler Corporation in Worcester. He was a member of the Hamilton Rod and Gun Club. He enjoyed woodworking and taking trips to Bass Pro Shop.

Memorial calling hours are Monday, May 1, 2023, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. Burial will be private at West Ridge Cemetery in Charlton.
