OXFORD – Robert L. Brindley, 59, died Tuesday, December 13, 2022. He is survived by his mother, Shirley A. DeLuca of Oxford; his father, Herbert Brindley III and his wife April of Palmyra, ME; four siblings, Carole A. Brindley and her husband John of Oxford, Francis K. Brindley and his wife Debra of Oxford, Dawn M. Brindley and her wife Carole of New Boston, NH, and James A. Brindley of Oxford; three nephews, Eric, Scott, and Adam; a niece, Chelsy; and many great nieces and nephews. He was born in Worcester and was a lifelong resident of Oxford. He graduated from Oxford High School in 1981.
Mr. Brindley owned and operated B&B Concrete in Oxford for 30 years. Later, he was a dump truck driver for Robbins Garden Center in Oxford for several years. He was a fan of the New England Patriots, UConn Girls Basketball, the Boston Bruins, and was a huge NASCAR fan. He enjoyed listening to country music and morning coffee at N&J Donuts, where you would always hear “Here comes Bob” when he walked in.
A funeral will be held on Monday December 19, 2022, from Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Roch’s Church, 332 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at St. Roch’s Cemetery in Oxford. Calling hours are Sunday, December 18, 2022, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
